The SpectraComm V.34 4-port is a combination of hardware and software features
that allow the SC V.F 28.8 / 33.6 platform to act as a four port switch. This
configuration allows a more cost-effective solution that allows one dial in line
to access up to four different craft ports for the multiple port Outof-Band
Management (OBM) applications. The SC V.34 4-port provides four TIA/EIA-561 DTE
interfaces. This is a security feature that requires the remote user to enter a
modem or RADIUS password. When the remote user is authenticated, port one
through four can be selected.
