Applications

Point-to-Point Connectivity.  Connect two sites over a DDS or T1 / FT1 line.

Local Area Data Set (LADS)/Short-Haul Modem.  Eliminate DDS or T1 / FT1 line charges by connecting two MultiDSUs that are up to nine miles apart over your own line (distance impacted by desired speed, gauge of wire, and other external factors).

For data intensive applications, like video conferencing and LAN-to-LAN routing, a T1 MultiDSU and T1 line provide dedicated 1.544M service.

T1 MultiDSU

The T1 MultiDSU is a low-cost, full-featured DSU/CSU that provides access to digital networks at T1 / FT1 speeds. It provides access to traditional dedicated point-to-point T1 services, Frame Relay, SMDS, and ATM services. The T1 MultiDSU is ideal for LAN-to-LAN connection, Frame Relay, and video conferencing applications.

64K MultiDSU

The 64K DSU combines the flexibility of an RS-232 or V.35 DTE interface with 56K dedicated, 56 switched, 4-wire, or 64K DDS line connectivity.

Multi-Rate 56K MultiDSU

This flexible multi-rate 56K DSU supports synchronous and asynchronous equipment. The rackmount or external model is ideal for 56K or sub-rate digital service.

Single-Rate 56K MultiDSU

The single-rate 56K DSU is a cost-effective solution to terminate DDS services.
