VPort 2310 is a 1-channel Video Server, which adopts the high performance MPEG4 compression algorithm for efficient video transmission over the IP network. Equipped with 1-ch BNC video input, 1 RCA audio input, image digitizer, image compressor (DSP), 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connectivity, and Video/Audio output, VPort 2310 can digitize any analog video source and distribute these digital images with voice over an IP network, turning your CCTV system into a synchronized "Video/Audio over IP" Network System INSTANTLY. In addition, VPort 2310 also provides the synchronized Video/Audio output due to the adoption of MPEG4 technology, giving the user a more realistic video/audio surveillance system.

MPEG4 compression for best video/audio performance
VPort 2310 equips with the high performance MPEG4 compression engine for synchronal video/ audio surveillance solution. With the adoption of cutting-age MPEG4 algorithm technology, the bandwidth requirement of video transmission is reduced a lot to make the video over IP system more efficient, which means more video/audio data can be transmitted in the IP network.

Intelligent alarm message triggered functions with VMD and Digital I/O devices
VPort 2310 supports VMD (Video Motion Detection) and 1 Digital Input/Relay Output connector for designing the intelligent alarm message triggered functions in integrated video over IP system, such as MOXA SoftDVR Pro IP Surveillance Software, or users can use MOXA ActiveX Control SDK for developing the customized video over IP system.
