Canoga Perkins 9101 Edge Access LAN Chassis

The 9101 LAN Chassis is a key component of the EdgeAccess® 9000 Family. It is specifically designed to house a mixture of up to twelve 10Mbps, 100Mbps, and 1000Mbps Ethernet Transceivers and Media Converters. It provides a cost-effective and practical solution for housing multiple media converters in one chassis. Service Providers can smoothly transition LAN extension customers from 10Mbps, up to 1000Mbps Ethernet Services. As an added benefit, the media converter inventory can be fully utilized as a standalone customer premise device or mounted in a centrally located 9101 LAN Chassis. The EdgeAccess® products form a complete set of 10/100/1000Mbps copper or Fiber LAN Extension building blocks for simple, cost-effective and manageable solutions. The 9101 Chassis fits into standard EIA 19-inch racks, providing rack-mounting options for EdgeAccess® products. Optional mounting brackets are available for 23-inch racks. The 9101 LAN Chassis is available with 120/240VAC or -48VDC power supplies for use with powered media converters. Redundant power is available to enable load sharing between power modules.
