Optimized to extend 100Mbps of Ethernet traffic, and PoE over Cat5 or greater cabling at distances of 660ft/200m or more, the Patton 2110 is compatible with any standards-based PoE WAP, IP camera, or VoIP handset on the market. The device is fully transparent to WMV, MPEG-4, and MJPEG compression schemes.

The micro-sized Ethernet Booster transparently extends IEEE 802.3af PoE twice as far as the 100-meter/328-feet standard. by daisy-chaining multiple 2110s you can extend PoE up to 500 meters/1640 feet!  By eliminating the need for UPS to meet power requirements or additional switches for Ethernet regeneration, the Patton 2110 reduces infrastructure costs and simplifies installation.

The Patton Copperlink 2110 Ethernet Booster doubles Ethernet distance limitations of 328 feet (100 meters). Multiple Patton 2110 Ethernet Boosters can be placed in-line to further extend both Ethernet and PoE up to 1,640 ft (500 m), eliminating the need for additional switches, hubs, wireless access points, and expensive fiber installations. The Patton 2110 is completely transparent to protocol making them true plug-and-play devices, completely interoperable with any network enabled device.

The Patton 2110 Ethernet Booster will not cause latency or degradation on your network connections, ensuring the maximum 100-Mbps full-duplex line rate. The Patton 2110P and 2110PSE not only transparently pass on Ethernet data, but also feed on and forward PoE power to devices such as wireless access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phones.

Patton?s 2110 Ethernet Booster solution more than doubles Ethernet and PoE distances over already existing network infrastructure cabling.

The CopperLInk Ethernet Booster is ideal for delivering Ethernet to remote network enabled devices located outside Ethernet?s limited range of 328 feet (100 meters). Several configurations are possible based on individual requirements.
