Like New equipment is newly repackaged, fully cleaned and may also contain new or like new parts installed.  It is similar to remanufactured product.  It looks and feels like new and contains all of the accessories that come with new equipment (i.e. cables, manuals, like-new box, etc.). The equipment carries a one-year warranty.

Remanufactured equipment is newly repackaged and fully cleaned by the manufacturer.  This equipment may also contain new or remanufactured parts installed by the manufacturer.  It is most similar to like-new, but should be used solely for products made like-new directly by the original equipment manufacturer. It looks and feels like new and contains all of the accessories that come with new equipment (i.e. cables, manuals, like-new box, etc.). The manufacturer will support a warranty that is usually identical to a new equipment warranty.  

Refurbished equipment has been freshened-up, fully cleaned and inspected; it may also contain good condition used parts installed by us.  It is most similar to B-stock or remarketed product.  The equipment is clean and in a un-worn condition and contains all of the accessories that come with new equipment (i.e. cables, manuals, like-new box, etc.).   The product warranty will vary from 60-180 days.  If not stated, the warranty is 60 days provided through DCE.

Used equipment is in reasonably good used condition.  The equipment is clean but may be worn, cosmetically damaged, or contain scratches and markings.  It may not include all accessories that come with new, like-new and refurbished equipment.  It may contain an individual box but is usually bulk packaged.  The product warranty will vary from 0-90 days if not stated, the warranty is 30 days provided through DCE.
